Skin Treatment
1. Take enough vitamin C and eat balanced foods – if you want to have clear skin, it is very important that you eat balanced meals. The basic nutrients that make up the skin structures are proteins, vitamins and minerals. Vitamin C especially helps to make your skin more elastic and helps to create collagen. Eat three times a day, regularly and if you go out to dinner, add vegetables or juice to your menu. The foods that have high vitamin C’s are broccolis, strawberries, kiwi fruit, paprika and spinach.
2. Don’t drink too much coffee or tea – coffee, green tea and black tea have caffeine that diffuses the melanin in your skin and it promotes the freckle skin pigmentation. Do not drink coffee or green tea more than three cups a day.
3. Sleep early – When you stay up too late reading books or watching television, it decreases the ability of your metabolism and disturbs the blood circulation. If you have insomnia and if it continues, it increases the melanin in your skin and makes your skin look black. Get enough sleep and try to get into bed by 10. This will help your body and skin relax more and better making your skin more clean and clear.
